We have an opportunity for a Operations Supervisor to join our Moorpark, CA team. You will be focused on successfully leading a team of operators to meet safety, quality, and delivery metrics with attention to opportunities for continuous improvement.

You will:

Train the production team to meet customer demand and participate in the continuous improvement process.Lead safety awareness and implement new and innovative techniques to assure a safe working environment. Responsible for ensuring the production of a quality product on time and in a safe manner.Ensure accurate data is gathered and entered for key measurements to drive continuous improvement process. Daily management of a team of 50-100 operators in an electronics assembly environment.

Key Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of operations management experience Lean Environment & Implementation experience a plusAbility to communicate in Spanish a plus.

For this Operations Supervisor position working in California, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $63,7000 - 125,000 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Actual compensation may be otherwise adjusted if the position if filled outside of the intended geographic location.
