Responsibilities\nSupervise and manage end to end operations from Order booking, Receiving, Order Fulfilment/Picking and Dispatching.\nDoes Creation of Delivery Note and printing\nScheduling of truck for delivery\nReceive delivery advise from CS\nProvide lot number for delivery and prepare delivery note, attach COA and other documents required\n Coordinate with 3rd party trucker for delivery schedule\nUpdate monitoring file and submit to HB Fuller (Fatima and Lysa)\nPrinting of documents ( DR, COA, Customer PO etc.)\nMonitors, updates and reconcile IRA\nManaged people and other resources requirements\nProvides Operations status, reports and analysis\nCreate SOP and WI and deployed to his people\nConducts 121 and team engagement\nRequirements\nA minimum of 2 years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations\nHas experience on People Management\nHas experience on Customer Management\nHas experience on Order booking and management\nHas strong and good leadership and analytical skills\nCan work in minimum supervision\nHas flexibility the support the task of the team if needed\nHas good attendance record \nHas advance skill on using micrsoft applications esp. excel.\n
