SUMMARY:
Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Operations Supervisor to join the leadership team in our Southwest Florida market! This position will be based in our Fort Myers office.
The Internal Operations Supervisor is responsible for effectively organizing and coordinating the workflow of daily branch operations. These functions include order processing, permitting, revenue recognition, employee pay, accounts receivable, and scheduling. This position will also be responsible for implementing lean processes for improved efficiency.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise scheduling of service & install appointments, maximizing team efficiency while delivering a high level of customer service Manage data input into designated systems to ensure accuracy Responsible for A/R with a focus on maintaining the lowest level possible Ensure open communication across sales, operations, and install teams Lead and develop lean, efficient and standardized workflows Develop and maintain standard operating procedures Provide training and direct daily work of direct reportsQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of outstanding customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision Proven ability to remain calm during stressful situations Excellent organizational skills in structuring work assignments, creating standard work procedures, and planning Demonstrated leadership skills directing, managing, motivating employees Excellent communication skills; listening, written and verbal Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving, interpreting data, and defining resolution Dependability in meeting deadlines, following through on commitments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionCULTURE AND BENEFITS:

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit-sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
