Operations Supervisor
**Description** **General Summary** Responsible for supervising work crews in Electrical, Fire Alarm & Extinguishing, Controls, and Facilities Systems Operations. May direct through lead employees in order to maximize productivity. Responsible for overseeing the work of J&J subcontractors that are working onsite. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Plans, organizes and monitors the scheduling, completion and documentation of Preventative and Corrective Maintenance. + Supports and implements a comprehensive quality control plan for the J&J team and it’s sub-contractors + Communicates with customers to build positive long term relationships that effectively supports healthcare services and maintenance + Plans and implements training of staff in various subjects to include safety, NFPA requirements, Joint Commission Standards and general trade needs. + Promotes process improvement and ISO for the sustained delivery of excellence + Manages price estimates for all requests “New Work” projects, received from the customer, that are above and beyond the existing contract. + Serves as the subject matter expert for the work force to come to and receive guidance and direction. + Utilizes the assets of his staff to determine the best method to accomplish these projects and will create an accurate estimate for submission to the government representative. + Ensures that all building files, drawings, and maintenance records are kept up-to-date and maintained as required. + Leads the Union Work Force in a way to maximize their productivity, keeping them informed of all requirements and fully utilize the collected talent. **Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements** + 3 Years experience + OSHA 30 hour general industry preferred. + Experience with a Facility Computerized Maintenance Management System software (CMMS) highly desired + NICET IV Certification NAC/LAC + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Possess a broad knowledge of facility operations and maintenance + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment **Work Experience** A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience **Education, Licenses and Certification** **Required:** + High School Diploma + NICET IV Certification + NAC/LAC J&J Worldwide Services CBRE Government and Defense Business is thrilled at the opportunity for you to apply to one of our roles. The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000.
