Role Summary / Purpose:

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate all aspects of production, with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost effectiveness.

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise production line technicians in meeting line performance targets for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.

Coordinate with cross department and suppliers for seamless workflow to meet production needs.

Schedule production line manpower and technician training needs

Enable and monitor production team adherence to line standard work

Solve production line Andons as first responder and escalate issues promptly, embracing problem solving culture and approach

Plan and monitor technician competencies, support in technicians performance management

Carry out other duties as assign

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum NITEC with at least 5 years relevant work experience or equivalent

Good interpersonal, communication and influencing skills

Experience in Lean would be advantageous

Able to work on rotating shift
