Operations roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although operations staff will often have direct client contact.​

Oversee operations team by directly supervising entry-level staff responsible for tasks and processes including, but not limited to:

Coordination and communication

Delivery and quality assurance with adherence to program guidelines

Project and/or process management

Data Management for Program Support, Field Support, & Business - Development Support

Experience using Salesforce is a plus

Experience using Microsoft Office is a plus
