Operations Supervisor

The function is accountable in managing the following areas: 

Drive key initiatives to facilitate team process improvement and efficiency as well as partner with Leadership to implement critical actionsDevelop and implement support plans for overall department operations to meet service level objectives and metrics and manage day-to-day operationsRecommend staff retention initiatives and create capacity planManage and facilitate the corrective action process in partnership with the Manager  Conduct effective workplace planning and responsible for individual career developmentParticipate in the implementation of support plans for product integrations and company acquisitionsActively drive improvements that increase productivity and staff effectivenessConduct appropriate recruiting actions to ensure candidates are available for hireParticipate in the implementation of new technologies and automation that ensure our ability to meet company business goalsEnsure that transitions are smoothly implemented, and all progress are reported to the business unitHolds regular calibration exercises and check-point meetings with the REPH team, support groups, and stakeholders.All adhoc related activities that a supervisor is reqiuired to deliver and all additional operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any fieldMust have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organizationProven success at managing changeStrong organizational, prioritization and delegation skillsProven problem solving and analytical skillsDetail oriented and project management skillsLeadership Experience, and/or Certification and Experience in Quality / Reviewer Role is an advantageMust not have any performance or disciplinary issues in the past 12 monthsRELA 1.0 Graduate is an advantage but not required
