We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of a significant piece of our overall business for the installation technicians. Your responsibilities will include training, quality performance, productivity and daily management including tracking attendance and tardiness and addressing any disciplinary issues.

The Role

Assist with technical requests, providing troubleshooting support and coordinating withtechnicians to resolve issues efficientlyCollaborate with Multiple System Operators (MSOs) to address needs, ensure seamless serviceintegration, and support operational goalsMonitor billing processes for quality control, ensuring accuracy and complianceOversee adherence to company policies, industry regulations, safety and quality standardsSupervise and support team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedbackProvide quality internal and external customer service surrounding the “Company Values”Review and analyze daily field reports to track operational performance, identify trends, andaddress any issuesTrack and analyze KPIs to measure team and operational performanceIdentify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency andeffectivenessEnsure company tracking methods and systems are implemented to measure productivity levels, coordinate with fleet and tool managementOther job duties assigned by management Requirements 2-3 years as a Broadband Technician or equivalent work experience requiredPrior management experience preferredMust demonstrate competency of reading and written communications skills sufficient to work safely with equipment and process requirementsStrong analytical skills with a focus on quality control and complianceProficiency in operational systems such as VxField or similar platformsExperience with industry relevant software and proficiency in MS Office applicationsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsThorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (equipment management, cost control, scheduling, and safety)Basic computer skills with experience using MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook and TeamsRequires deep knowledge of construction practicesMachine and equipment operation with safety protocolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working indoors in confined spaces, poorly ventilated areas such as attics during extreme heat while being exposed to dust, dirt, noise, insects and cleaning solutionsComfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather and at all times of the day or nightComfortable and able to perform work near power lines and electricityAbility to safely use weight-bearing equipment (safety harness and ladders) within the maximum weight limitations of the equipmentAbility to accurately measure distances, using tapes or other measuring devicesAbility to carry, climb, operate, and work upon an extension ladder, (approximately 28 ft. high and 75 pounds)Ability to differentiate between different sizes and colors of wiresAbility to make cable connections in tight spaces by bending, reaching, twistingAbility to perform job from high places (i.e., poles and roofs in addition to an extension ladder)Ability to use hand tools including electric drills, hammers, wrenches, and screwdriversAbility to safely walk over all types of terrain in all kinds of weather while carrying tools and equipment including ladders and fully loaded tool beltsAbility to work while standing 50 to 70% of the timeAbility to work with small components and wire to make cable connectionsValid driver’s licensePassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
