Operations Supervisor
About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as aMeetings & Events Operations Supervisor, where you'll lead and inspire a group of talented event professionals! In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff productivity, overseeing training initiatives, and ensuring top-notch service levels. You will be the point of contact and liasion for internal and external stakeholders. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive work environment and driving efficiency across the board. You’ll report directly to the Global Operations Director and play a vital role in our success!
As an Operations Supervisor, you will:
Lead and manage a dedicated team, ensuring a collaborative culture. Oversee new-hire training and implementation of new initiatives. Monitor team performance and productivity to meet client expectations. Conduct regular employee reviews and provide professional development. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and client requirements.
You're Good At:
Excelling in leadership and having a knack for problem-solving. Having a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail. Motivating and managing a diverse team effectively. Communicating clearly and building strong relationships with clients. Analyzing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with KPIs. Identifying process improvements and implementing best practices. Navigating complex organizational structures to achieve results.
You Might Also Have:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Five years of experience in planning and execution within the meetings industry (pharmaceutical experience a plus!). Experience in client management and vendor negotiations. Familiarity with SMM environments (a plus!). A willingness to travel for site inspections and on-site operations. Expertise in Cvent.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Operations Supervisor is between $63,400 - $81,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
