MV Transportation is seeking an NDS (Non-Dedicated Service) Compliance Supervisor to identify and report to the Operations Managers challenges, discrepancies, violations of policy and other concerns related to service delivery. Instruct NDS providers when policy is not being followed and to assist in exploring new ideas and ways to handle in-service challenges. Reports on all activities and observances daily. Assists in delivery of system reporting requirements.

 

The NDS Compliance Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Audits on safety, training, personnel and equipment will be conducted on a frequent basisEnsure that sensitivity, customer service, fares, policies and safety practices are being followed along company guidelinesRecords and Tracks: Training files, accident/incident files and tracker, fares tracking, employee ID tracking, complaint tracking using Excel and various reporting softwareEnsure FTA Compliance and Laws and regulations for King County, Washington State and Federal regulations in delivery of personnel, service and vehicles are being followed at all timesTrack and monitor on time performance and suggest, develop and execute practices to achieve goalsEnsure that Drug and Alcohol Testing programs are in compliance with federal and state requirementsAudit and track invoice submissions for accuracy and thoroughnessEnsure Compliance re MV Transportation, Inc. and King County insurance requirementsInvestigate and track complaints, identifying and addressing trends with NDS providersMeet frequently with NDS providers to ensure seamless operations in accordance with contract 

Talent Requirements:

High School diploma Minimum one (1) year experience as a supervisor or manager (3 years of experience a plus)Ability to gain knowledge of system routes and service area Familiarization with all vehicles operating in the service Ability to understand client policies and procedures Ability to understand non dedicated service providers policies, procedures and contractsAbility to comprehend MV Transportation and CBA policies and procedures Excellent verbal and written communications skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent organizational skillsAbility to read, write and speak English
