Job responsibilities
Manage costs in line with agreed budgets. Manage outsourced print and mail activities Support business and client projects Develop relationships with key contact and day to day internal clients. Set and review local operating procedures within standard framework. Performance management of direct reports including performance evaluations & corrective action, may be involved in some level of salary planning Assigns & sets workflow priorities Ensure that training and development for all staff is appropriate and effective Maintain working knowledge of production equipment in line with job specification. Advise users and staff on the appropriate methods of production and provide technical support and advice where necessary Oversee reasonable ad hoc duties as required by the Operation ManagerRequired qualifications, skills and capabilities
High School Diploma required or the equivalent. College Degree preferred. Minimum 2+ years people manager experience Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management and planning skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Previous experience in a print and mail background is a plus Self starter that can work independently with minimal supervision
