This position reports to

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

•Confirm customer order delivery time on time;•Have the capability to plan the weekly and daily production plan for the process with bottleneck and constraint;•Reach the monthly plan target;•Managing the lead-time with queue management skill, supporting the stable supply and fulfillment to help net working capital reduction target;•Keep order delivery on time, closely tracking and monitor the production progress, command information timely link with production task;•Keep WIP and FG stock, Pre-alert the goods pickup date;•Plan and release order without material shortage timely;Monitor SAP MRP running result, keep and maintain data correctly; especially with good hand-shake with buyer team;•Leads/contributes to CI for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory and forecast accuracy. Uses systematic knowledge such as lean 6 sigma tools to support and drive the digitalization project with cross team.•With initiative to take the role for any extra assigned job.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical Engineer/Industrial Engineer/Project Management/logistic. Over 3 years‘ of experience in planning or line management manufacturing industry.Prefer with planning or SCM digitalization project experience.Fluent in written and oral English.Knowledge of supply flow and supply chain, such as CPIM, CSCP.Knowledge of queue management, lean management or PMP.Familiar with SAP PP/MM module.Good team work spirit, open mind.(OPTIONAL: working as {insert relevant role} with {insert relevant products or technologies})\tPossess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in {insert specialized software/platforms}\tYou are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around {insert relevant soft skills} and {insert relevant soft skills}\tDegree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of {insert specific degree, qualification} in {insert subject}\tYou are at ease communicating in {insert required language skill(s)}\tYou hold current {insert required licenses} valid in {insert job location} and {insert country-specific VISA/work permit} {where required}
