Job Description

操作工-岗位职责：

1.负责生产线上的产品组装、测试工作，确保组装过程符合质量标准及安全规范。

2.根据操作指导书（SOP）进行精确、高效的组装、测试作业，保证生产进度。

3.对组装过程中发现的问题及时上报，并协助解决，确保产品质量。

4.维护工作区域的整洁与秩序，遵守安全生产规定。

工作地点：上海外高桥

Qualifications

年龄要求：45岁以下，身体健康，能适应制造业的工作环境及制度。

工作经验：具有至少1年以上的组装工作经验，熟悉电子产品或机械部件组装流程者优先。

技能与能力：

能够熟练阅读并理解操作指导书，严格按照SOP执行工作任务。具备良好的手工操作能力和精细动作技巧，注重细节，追求零缺陷。有SAP和MES操作技能优先有英文阅读能力优先

工作态度：

工作责任心强，对待每一项任务都能认真负责，确保高质量完成。具有良好的团队合作意识，能够与同事有效沟通，共同解决工作中的问题。积极主动，面对挑战时能保持乐观态度，寻求解决方案。
