DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Operational Support Admin to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements at Safran, Gloucester.

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nWork closely with all departments to ensure they are compliant in all data reporting\nSupport the site with payroll and Kronos, ensuring accuracy throughout. As well as coordinating all PO and Procurement activities \nAssist the operation with people management, planning and operational controls \nDeal with maintenance bookings (IFM) and contacting suppliers \n\n
