Job Summary and Responsibilities Acentra Health is looking for an Operations Support Analyst to join our growing team. Job Summary: The Operations Support Analyst assists the Operations Support team in achieving service quality and service-level agreement compliance metrics. Responsibilities: Data entry into Healthcloud platform. QC and processing provider payment reporting in HealthCloud. Create and maintain healthcloud contacts according to contractual requirements, services, and PG’s. Assist with implementing new processes and systems. In depth understanding and production of reporting from HealthCloud. Coordinating with other departments on projects or tasks. Perform scheduled maintenance activities. Supporting with compliance and regulatory requirements. Communicate with external partners as needed. Provide operational support to projects and programs. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure comprehensive operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Qualifications 3-5 years' professional experience. 2+ years' experience with Salesforce. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications Ability to adapt to task organizational and project changes. Experience with multi projects and reporting deliver / status clearly & effectively Effective analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities. Bachelor's degree Why us?
