Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Position: Operations Support Analyst Intermediate
Overview:
ITC Defense seeks an Operations Support Analyst Intermediate to support the Director and Deputy Director of the Warfighter Strategic Integration (DDW) program office. The Intermediate Analyst will provide administrative and operations support and analysis in Fort Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities:
+ Participate in program meetings. Prepare and coordinate agenda, briefing, and supporting documentation.
+ Conduction of high-level coordination activities
+ Assist with planning and executing strategic senior-level forums & working group tasks
+ Support operational exercises and wargames in theater
+ Provide operational experience with weapons systems analysis
+ Assist with high-level policy development and operational document development
+ Coordination of logistics and sustainment
+ Develop post-meeting minutes or summary with action items; track and report updates, and recommend responses for closure.
+ Provide asset and/or configuration management
+ Coordinate Video Teleconference (VTC) with various sites and time zones.
+ Prepares weekly status reports of action items and completion of tasks related to the execution of a program, process, or transaction.
+ Maintain and manage office records and organizational distribution lists.
+ Coordinate and execute work orders with the visual information production center (VIPC) to reproduce and publish documentation.
+ Coordinate internal correspondence (classified and unclassified) across agency organizations.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Active DoD Secret Clearance Required
+ 4-7 Years of Experience (DOD experience preferred)
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher
+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ SharePoint knowledge and proficiency
+ Proficiency in oral and written communications; demonstrated ability to prepare and present briefings
+ Demonstrated ability to anticipate client’s requirements and needs
+ Ability to work with Government leadership and contract support personnel to respond to, plan for, and meet quick-response product requests
+ Ability to work independently with little supervision to produce consistently exceptional work products
+ Ability to maintain professional working relationships with individuals and groups at various levels of authority and responsibility within and outside the organization
+ Ability to organize large quantities of diverse data into concise and useful information
+ Proficiency in preparing and reporting technical information to peers and Government leadership
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, high stress environment
