Operations Support Coordinator
General Function: The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of administrative and operational tasks within SCRMC. This position serves as a bridge between various departments, supporting critical workflows, compliance efforts, and team initiatives. Responsibilities will range from data management and system support to event planning and execution, the ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn and grow. ______________________________________________________________________________ Job Duties: Assist with medical necessity forms, bridging gaps between billing teams, clinical staff, and insurance requirements. Manage data collection for the mandatory CMS cost reporting. Train as a liaison with other entities and provide support to those entities that further the SCRMC Mission. (United Way, schools, daycares) Manage and organize documentation related to the Safety and Emergency Management Programs. Prepare, format, and run monthly reports for quality, trauma committees, Cares Registry, Quality Champions, MSDH, and others as needed. Learn and support internal auditing processes to ensure compliance and long-term skill development. Assist with planning and executing employee events, such as holidays, hospital week, and other organizational celebrations. Coordinate event logistics, including reserving trucks, setting up decor, and providing hands-on support as needed. Provide support to various departments as required, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient communication. Collaborate with colleagues to address emerging needs in dispatch, billing, and other operational areas. Organize and at times participate and lead trainings for other departments. Manage correspondence, scheduling, and communication with potential new employees. Coordinate non-emergency transport contracts and billing. Train as a backup for HR systems. ______________________________________________________________________________ Minimum Qualifications: + High School or equivalent. + Basic Computer skills. + Ability to read, write, and understand verbal and written instructions. + Positive Team Attitude.
