ADP is hiring an Operations Support Intermediate.
In this role, you will provide operational support to ADP's front-line teams. You will assist with solving clients' challenges by providing issue resolution and timely turnaround, answering questions, helping internal partners, and more. You carry the weight of ADP’s reputation for operational excellence and client satisfaction in your hands.
You will have consistent daily tasks to get through, but each day is different, providing you new opportunities to challenge yourself and grow. The questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new information you'll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success!
To thrive in this role, you will provide operational support to internal clients through your ability to build rapport, establish trust, and shine with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our front-line teams to understand and act upon on as needed. You are organized and detail oriented, not to mention thorough when it involves researching and providing issue resolution. Pace and volume should not scare you. We also have a healthy dose of fun. Not only can you find a career here but friendships that last in a company that values inclusion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
What you can expect on a typical day:
• Operational Support. You will support our front-line teams by providing them with timely and accurate resolution to questions and tasks. Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.
• Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on 401(k), and become familiar with standard operating procedures, in order to develop and maintain your ability to support our internal clients.
• Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of different tasks. Daily volumes may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the year.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
• Experience in banking or another financial industry is helpful, but not required.
• You should be available to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

· Get paid to pay it forward. Company-paid time off for volunteering for causes you care about.
