Job Description: \n

Responsibilities\n

The OSM will provide technical direction to other contractors on SharePoint, Business Application Development, and Configuration Management concepts and apply System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles The OSM's full time duty location will be onsite at Shaw AFB, SC but travel may be required to countries within the CENTCOM Area of Operations.\n

Job duties: \n\nProvide technical coordination and research to exploit cutting-edge technologies, assisting with technical and status updates for briefings and reporting on SharePoint, Business Application Development, and Configuration Management subjects.\nPossess and demonstrate an understanding of geopolitical issues and interest related S. doctrine as applied to countries in the AFCENT Area of Responsibility (AOR), Southwest Asia, especially in the areas of SharePoint, Business Application Development, and Configuration Management.\nProvide oral and written briefs and presentations to senior IT managers explaining and support recommendations on SharePoint, Business Application Development, and Configuration Management.\nMaintain a professional image and appearance, including appropriate attire commensurate with this senior staff Profession business attire will be commensurate with government uniforms, and other contractor attire.\n Monitor, processes, and manage the Systems Requirements Documents (AF 3215) supporting the AFCENT mission.\nUnderstand and apply AFI and DOD guidance on web and business application development; write and update concept of operations for AFCENT Enterprise web policy and implementation.\nManage the development of training materials, web pages, programming languages and third-party web applications used to support SharePoint on the AFCENT Enterprise to include classroom, and seminar training.\nReview technical project documentation for final draft coordination and subsequent\nProvide oral presentations and written briefs to senior military officers and IT 3.31.13Manage the development of technical documents based on extensive networking\nbackground in system administration or network engineering.\nAssists the Training Manager to develop\/modify standardized training to meeting AFCENT NOSC mission requirements and monitor local NOSC certifications and \nReview standard systems and network processes and checklist to validate they meet prescribed standards, and are easily executed from a comprehensive checklist.\nCoordinate technical visits from DoD activities, contractors, and commercial vendors.\n\n

Qualifications\n\nB.S. in related field and 3 or more years' relevant experience(preferred); OR 5 or more years of relevant experience AND IT operations\/services management, Unix\/Linux, HBSS, and Firewall experience. \nVCTA, CCNA, and ITIL Foundations required. \nActive TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility required.\n\n
