CACI is seeking an Operations Support Specialist in support of the newly established All-Domain Sensing (ADS) Cross-Functional Team (CFT). The ADS CFT, under Army Futures Command (AFC), accelerates the alignment of integrated sensing capabilities by informing requirements that harness the power of data, contribute to decision speed, facilitate informed maneuver, and increase lethality. ADS CFT is headquartered in Adelphi, Maryland. Join the tip of the spear as ADS CFT enables leaders through integrated and ubiquitous sensing across All Domains, enhancing understanding and decision-making for the Army of 2040.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the development of a Congressional Engagement Strategy in a large, highly complex All-Domain Sensing (ADS) Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to proactively build relationships and meet the organization’s overarching communications initiatives. Successfully coordinate multiple Congressional engagements in addition to meetings with Army Senior Leaders, key DoD Stakeholders.

• Assist in development of processes and tools for in-processing and integrating new Government, Military, and civilian personnel. Ensure that personnel are familiar with CFT policies and guidelines in addition to facility and network access requirements. Provide frequent updates to CFT Director, senior military and government personnel to ensure that policies and goals are clearly communicated, and objectives were met.

• Leverage advanced knowledge of MS Office programs to support and develop various briefings of program status based on guidance from CFT Director, senior military and government personnel to engage with Army Senior Leaders and Professional Staff Members.

• Perform detailed project tracking to help identify potential issues and track progress against commitments. Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and progress reports to promote more efficient communication across multiple directorates.

• Prepare for, participate in, and provide summaries for a range of activities including internal and external meetings, weekly staff calls, weekly secure video teleconferences and maintains office calendars and appointment/meeting schedules, arranging meetings, conferences, and training events for liaison offices.

• Coordinate activities and information with Army Staff (e.g., staff for three and four-star flag officers), Major Commands, DoD agencies, political appointees, members of Congress, and deployed units globally

• Gather product information and requirements documents, track internal and external informational deadlines, provide timely reminders, and officially close completed actions.

• Synchronize and coordinate status of projects and major activities with ADS CFT personnel through communication with Signature Leads and leadership via meetings, written reports, and database updates.

• Monitor the other Army Commands (TRADOC/FORSCOM/AMC) operations to ensure the ADS CFT is synchronized with the Army Campaign Plan, Army Staff, and Operational Units.

• Maintain awareness of U.S. Army operations and policy to both facilitate ADS CFT mission, goals, and objectives and to effectively represent ADS CFT with external entities.

• Ensure all current and new processes and procedures are followed and clearly documented in SOP format for reference by ADS CFT.

• Coordinate multiple (virtual and in-person) meetings and actions with offices in the Pentagon and the Military District of Washington to include the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Staff, and other services).

• Coordinate across the Army Staff and other CFTs to ensure proper coordination in all CFT-related efforts.

• Summarize actions arising from Director-level engagements with external parties and disseminate them to ADS CFT personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be a US Citizen and have a TS/SCI clearanceMust have Army Command and General Staff College/Intermediate Level Education; Civilian Education System – Intermediate Course certification.Must have 12 or more years of military experience.Must have Congressional Engagement experienceMust have Army Operations Officer experienceAdvanced skills in MS Office programsExperience creating, maintaining and tracking detailed projects for schedule and budget progress and issuesExperience in coordinating and performing Army Staff, Major Commands, DoD agencies and political appointee meetings and communications.Experience in coordinating multiple (virtual and in-person) meetings and actions with offices in the Pentagon and the Military District of Washington to include the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Staff, and other services).

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
