You will work on-site at one of Conagra's largest manufacturing facilities with over 800 employees. The Operations Support Specialist, reporting to the Warehouse Coordinator provides administrative, technical, and specialized support for purchasing and inventory management.

Position Responsibilities

You will review, process, investigate discrepancies of invoices, receiving paperwork, and inventory transactions for accuracyYou will provide backup and perform responsibilities for procurement, scheduling, inventory control.You will write purchase requisitions and purchase orders for goods and services and assure orders are processed against the appropriate chart of accountsYou will work with requesting departments to confirm the closing and canceling purchase ordersYou will receive and examine incoming stock for discrepancies/damage and works with vendors to resolveYou will conduct cycle counts of warehouse inventory and participate in yearly inventory countsYou will administer process orders and requisitions to support schedulingYou will work with and support plant and corporate personnel, including procurement, scheduling, logistics, supply room, inventory control, finance, and operations

Position Qualification

High school diploma or GED required1 to 3 years relevant experienceExperience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SAPIntermediate math skills

Physical Requirements

While performing the responsibilities of this job will take place primarily in an office setting, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. You are frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. You will occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. Compensation: 

Pay Range:$37,000-$48,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
