We are a team of radio engineers and software developers engaged in the development of advanced Mobile and Web solutions for the telecom industry. Currently, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented:
Operations Support – Student (M/F)
who will provide support in different administrative tasks related to the department.
Job responsibilities:
Manage department documentation (mainly in Excel)
Prepare reports/analysis
Provide logistical support for equipment management and meeting coordination
Provide administrative support in the hiring process
What competence areas do we expect?
Proficiency in Excel with strong knowledge of key formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and IF for data analysis
Experience in creating Pivot Tables for data summarization and reporting
Ability to design and develop data visualizations, including charts and dashboards, for clear and effective reporting
Skilled in data cleaning and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliablity of analysis
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
Qualifications as a plus:
Previous work, preferably 1+ year of experience in similar jobs
Working experience in ICT sector
