Tanfeeth is a program that establishes a direct electronic link between SAMA and other banks in Saudi Arabia. SAMA disseminate broadcasts instructions & enquiries for banks to acknowledge, action and respond to manually.

Job responsibilities

Ensure that all the enquires are reviewed and responded per the SLA. Escalate issues where the action cannot be taken due to any limitation / lack of information. Work closely with the technology team in cases where the STP queue break down. Liaise with the respective operations team to take action on client accounts. Interact with SAMA and ensure that their concerns are addressed in timely manner. Identify, escalate, and address any system-related issues promptly.  Collaborate with relevant teams to implement potential system / process enhancements. Diligent MIS and Reporting to have clear visibility on the operational processing.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Understanding of banking products, especially Tanfeeth. Good command over native Arabic language and English. Microsoft office knowledge required: MS Excel experience is a must. Ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines. Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability for Deliverables. Strong, confident communicator. Drive, Energy and Enthusiasm. Display high levels of integrity; operate on the basis of open and honest interaction. Results driven individual with a proven track record. This is a 24/7 shift-based role, requiring candidates to work 5 days a week. Candidates must be flexible and prepared to work in various shifts and weekends. Off-hours support will be required to address urgent regulator-related calls.
