Proven experience in BPO Healthcare for 3 to 5 yearsProven knowledge of ASA, CSAT, AHTCan start ASAPBachelor’s degree requiredPeople ManagementExcellent Communication SkillsDemonstrable analytical skillsetOrganized & Self-MotivatedResults-OrientedConfidence and skillful negotiating skills.Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.Set goals for the team to achieve.Understand and communicate all of the organization's items, activities, processes, and standards to the team.NOTICE: Please be informed that NO candidate seeking a job opportunity with R1 Philippines shall be required to pay any amount as a condition for employment at R1.
