**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented **Operations Team Leader** to join our team in Pandan Avenue, Singapore. This will be Onsite role.
Acts as a formal resource coordinating others. Coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
+ Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard. Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Promote interdependence by looking out for one another.
+ Correct hazards within your control and capabilities. Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact.
+ Lead HSE Training and actively engage workforce Quality Follows all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures.
+ Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. Performs quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
+ Identifies and controls non-conforming material. Delivery Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
+ Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations. Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.
+ Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard. Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
+ Ensures training completion in line with business requirements. Seeks ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
+ Ensures clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and supports planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
+ Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals. Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
+ College, University or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
+ Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and third party logistics provider management.
+ HSE: Review current HIRA and ensure controls in place
+ HSE: Assists in investigations for all near hits, communicating 5Y and DM if necessary.
+ ISO: Ensure all documents related to function are updated and reviewed annually in DMS.
+ ISO: Submits new Standard Working Methods (SWM) / Work Instructions (WI) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) etc. for approval and issuance.
+ OE: Participates in scheduled audits (SLPA/ GEMBA/ HSE) on time and follow up on closure of findings.
+ OPS: Performs performance evaluation and submits ranking proposal
+ OPS: Review OT requests prior to submitting for approval with sufficient justifications
+ OPS: Review team’s etime (lateness/overtime/shift allowance)
+ OPS: Review and approve/reject team’s leave applications
+ OPS: Reviews and update top KPI misses
+ OPS: Initiate and lead A3 projects for continuous improvements.
+ OPS: Encourages WOW submissions and ensures regular FIFI submissions from team members under their supervision
+ OPS: Conducts regular 1:1 sessions with team members
+ OPS: Participates in Functional meetings
+ OPS: Point of contact for any communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding Operations.
