Your Role:

 

The Operations Technician will be part of the Chemical Manufacturing team in Carlsbad, CA. The team of Operations Technicians are responsible for receiving, decontaminating, rebuilding, and filling our vessels with ultra-pure chemistries. Hour of operation is 3rd shift Sunday- Thursday 9pm- 5:30am PST

Specific Responsibilities Include:

 

Manual and Automated vessel decontaminationPerform hazardous waste consolidationPerform acid wash stainless steel and quartz vesselsMaintain a clean and organized manufacturing environmentAssist in unloading trucks and receiving productsAssist the Engineering team with troubleshooting system issuesEffectively input data entry into companies’ systems Inspect vessels and documentation for correctness and completeness

 

Physical Attributes:

Wear a PPE as well as full-face air-purifying respirator Lift up to 50 pounds

  

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

 

High School Diploma or GED

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

 

Experience handling chemicalsExperience in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentExperience operating a sit-down forkliftStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skillsAbility to read and understand Safety Data Sheets and written work instructionsExperience using Microsoft suite including (Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)Experience using SAPAbility to use hand tools

 

 

Pay Range for this position - $49,500 - $148,900

 

Our ranges incorporate all levels and career types available within this specific role, and are derived from relevant industry market data.  Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.  This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; paid time off; and paid holidays; among other employee benefits.
