Working under the supervision of the Manager, Cards Shift Operations in conjunction with shift supervisors and equipment technicians, the Operations Technician has additional responsibilities beyond the production technician role that are more technical in nature. The op-tech receives training from Equipment maintenance team for the technical aspects of the role and is expected to contribute to the basic up-keep of card assembly equipment in addition to fulfilling duties under the production technician role. This includes regular maintenance activities, such as specialized cleaning and parts replacement as defined by the equipment maintenance group.
As an Operations Technician you will be responsible for:
Fulfilling duties as defined in Production technician, Cards role Supporting lot change-over activities with equipment technicians Cleaning key areas of equipment as outlined by equipment maintenance process Replacing certain components, such as cleaning brushes, suction cups, O-rings etc. Participating in equipment and material preparation Performing basic equipment upkeep Assisting in problem solving and troubleshooting of some equipment issuesThis position may suit you best if what is below sounds familiar and appealing to you, in addition to wanting to develop your career with Healthineers.
