Operations Transformation - AI/Gen AI Enablement Specialist, Director, Change, Analytics & Strategy

We're seeking someone to join Operations Business Transformation and Innovation team as a Knowledge Management Team Specialist to support the analysis and development effort of Operations based content meant to support AI powered tools. Collaborating closely with our Technology team, you will be integral in supporting the development of an authoring maintenance platform and the applicable content development.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships.

What you'll do in the role:

• Maintain, update and enhance content of databases (statistical and written content).
• Be accountable for the quality and accuracy of information being added to the knowledge-base, by ensuring appropriate sign-offs. Partner with Operation’s stakeholders to drive the right content management plan and structure to ensure consistency of voice and communication quality across multiple content types, and addresses the long terms goals of the business.
• Work with various authoring groups to create and manage content based on Operation’s needs.
• Create reference materials customized to the unique requirements of each project, often with tight and/or competing deadlines.
• Evaluate the overall content governance model to determine the most effective sub-governance integration strategy.
• Establish the change process required to confirm published content adheres to the agreed upon content structure.
• Build content models, maintains taxonomy, metadata tagging strategies, reuse strategies, and associated workflows.
• Manage the reporting of content status for information that appears on various end points.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines for assignments in the code release schedule.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of Operation’s content lifecycle. - Instrumental in all aspects of the content lifecycle: creating, maintaining, integrating and governing our content in addition to improving discoverability.
