Our cross-functional teams focus on the auxiliary control system (XCS) for radio products, amid high demand for 5G innovation.
We are seeking an Operative Product Owner (OPO) for XCS with a focus on Security. You'll ensure the team's backlog is prioritized, collaborating globally with various teams. As an OPO, you'll articulate value, refine the backlog into actionable stories, and drive solutions across all aspects of the role.
What you will do:
Acting as the interface for backlog item prioritizationManaging and distributing requirement requests within XCS globallyMaintaining and prioritizing a long-term Requirement Area backlogVisualizing XCS future plans and capabilitiesContributing to XCS strategic plansDriving various projects/SPs
The skills you bring:
Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Wireless Communication, or equivalent5+ years of proven product development experience, with systemization, design, and verification knowledgeDomain experience in Security, Linux, and software close to hardwareStrong communication and leadership aligned with Ericsson's core valuesUnderstanding of Lean and Agile methodologiesInterest in people and strong presentation skillsAbility to work across organizational boundaries and with competent colleaguesFlexibility and willingness to tackle various tasksBusiness focus with accountability for resultsKnowledge in product development and Product Lifecycle Management
