The Blood Pressure Cuff Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining blood pressure cuff production machines to manufacture accurate and reliable blood pressure cuffs for various medical tests and procedures. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality control protocols.

What You'll Be Doing:

Responsible for reading, understanding, and following assembly processes. 

Can inspect, fold, label and box product.  

Utilize basic computer skills, such as SAP to download labels 

Use the auto bagger as needed.  

Package blood pressure cuffs according to procedures.  

Document and record production data accurately and securely, adhering to confidentiality and data management policies. 

Work in various positions: standing, sitting and repetitive jobs 

Consistently meet all productivity and quality requirements. 

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including proper handling and disposal of materials and waste.

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred. 

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures accurately. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Basic computer skills, SAP experience is a plus . 

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment. 

Experience with quality control procedures and documentation is a plus. 

Good mechanical dexterity/eyesight, be able to read, write and use basic math; maintain a high degree of accuracy in performing repetitive tasks. 

The successful candidate is able to adapt to a changing work environment, including increased automation, change in production methods or sequences and rotation among workstations.

You may be requested to work overtime, as needed. 

Must have good verbal and written skills, can keep records, has basic problem-solving skills and able to train and work with a diverse group of people. 

Physical Requirements:

Working Hours: 6:45am to 7:00pm (days) OR 6:45pm to 7:00am (nights) - Every other full weekend off.

Able to lift 40lbs and work in various positions: standing, sitting, and working on repetitive jobs/assemblies include hand manipulation.

Visual acuity of 20/25 or better, with corrective lenses as needed, required.

Color visual acuity required
