POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operator, Surveillance is responsible to provide monitoring, analysis and protection of all revenue generating activity within the boundaries of company. To ensure that any violations of the law, internal procedures or illicit and illegal activities are logged and reported to the Supervisor, Surveillance in a timely manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluates and analyses information from multiple sourcesResponds to situations identified through surveillance and computer analysis systemsMaintains control and confidentiality of Surveillance and computer systemsOperates Central Monitoring /Communication Console
Observes and analyses gaming and cash handling areas, using advanced IT systems in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs)Labels, files, documents and stores recording mediums Reviews gaming and cash handling activities, to ensure procedures have been complied with and integrity maintainedEnsures that appropriate equipment is functioning, submitting appropriate reports when equipment is not functioningOperate advanced IT systems and communication equipment in accordance with operating requirementsSurveys Staff/ Customers Activity from the Monitor Room
Monitors staff and customers, in accordance with the “Code of Ethics, Conduct and Professional Behaviors” PolicyMonitors illegal/suspicious activity of staff and customers, within gaming and cash handling area, ensuring detected activities are reported to the appropriate personnelMonitors, analyses and reviews gaming and cash handling activities, including high action, junket activity, count procedures, point of sale, etcMonitors the integrity of gaming and cash handling functions, through observing and reporting procedural violations, reviewing equipment, auditing transactions and table games hold percentages, etc.Report on illegal activities
Monitors, detects and reports on irregular, suspicious and illegal activities, ensuring appropriate personnel are informedDocuments all illegal activities using recording mediums and the appropriate electronic reporting systemConfidentiality & Policy

High School GraduateBasic MathematicsComputer literatePrevious Shift work experience is an advantageGreek and English language – both written and spokenNo experience required as training will be provided.Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSkills/Competencies
