Job Responsibilities Mainly responsible for coordinating shipments Coordinate with internal functional groups to ensure 100% fulfillment and timeliness (OTD) of daily commits Liaise with freight forwarder on flight booking and pickup / collection To ensure timely and error free printout of shipping documents (packing list, delivery note, invoices, etc.) Daily alerts through email to goods receiving party and internal groups on shipment information Data entry / filing and other administrative duties Support monthly cycle count and yearly inventory audit Assist with inventory checks for ZIP lock bags and production stationery Support ESD garment collection, washing and sorting after return Assist in raising purchase orders for stationery and production items for Chai Chee manufacturing team. Provided ad hoc support for removing skeletons from wafer rings. Job Requirements Familiar with Microsoft Office Excel and SAP Good communication skills and able conversant in both English and Mandarin Able to support urgent shipment during out-of-office hours inclusive weekends
