· The Off Shift Production Operator is needed to work either the afternoon shift (2nd shift) or midnight shift (3rd shift) starting out. · Attend Daily Shift Start-Up Meetings. · Process and assemble components to customer-approved standards. · Follow writtenprocedures (ODS), monitor quality, and communicate production and quality issues to the Team Leaderor Supervisor. · Ensure health, safety and 5S policies and standards are followed. Reportany unsafe conditions to the Supervisor immediately. · Inspect components and parts and report any quality issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor. · Move or transfer components and parts to workstations from racks, boxes, carousals, etc. · Join parts using screws, rivets, clips, welders, etc · Secure fasteners with manual, hydraulic, and electric tools. · Apply adhesive appliques, gaskets, etc. · Trim components and parts using a utility knife or other trimming device per ODS. · Assembly equipment – loading, unloading and properly using Poke Yoke equipment. · Apply labels correctly to components and packaged parts.  Inspect components, defect recognition, and material recognition and contain asnecessary.  Select the packaging of the goods and ensure the goods are packaged professionally. · Additional duties as may be assigned.

· Stationary Position (Standing) · Movement (Walking) · Carry Weight (Lifting up to 40 lbs) · Communication (Seeing/Talking/Hearing) · Use Hands/Fingers (part assembly, quality inspection) · Requiredstanding 2-4 hours before break · Repetitive twisting/bending · Repetitive useof hands using tools and small-part assembly
