POSITION OVERVIEW:

According to the work requirements of quality and quantity, complete the production task on time. Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, and achieve the company's performance examination indicators.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be able to strictly follow the requirements of the operation instructions, and ensure quality and quantity, complete the production task on time.

能够严格按照操作指导书要求操作，并保质保量，按时完成生产任务。

Be able to master the key points, relevance and importance of the job, understand the quality requirements in the process, and strictly implement the quality standards. Any problem must be reported up to the next level.

能够掌握本岗位操作要点、相关性和重要性，并了解工艺中质量要求，严格执行质量标准。发现任何问题必须及时向上 级反馈。

Implement 5S of production line, daily inspection, WIP control, material control and other company rules and regulations.

认真执行生产线的5S,设备的日常点检，WIP控制，物料控制以及公司其它规章制度。

Participate in the department's on-the-job training, complete the skills assessment.

参加本部门的在岗培训，完成各项技能考核。

Actively participate in Kaizen, EHS and other corporate culture activities.

积极参加公司的改善，EHS等企业文化的活动。

Complete the temporary assignment of production supervisor/cell leader.

完成生产主管/线长临时布置的工作。

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 years working experience in joint venture or sole proprietorship.1-2年合资，独资企业就业经历。
