Key Responsibilities

一、EHS管理:及时进行安全汇报参与EHS事故调查、安全暂停二、关键点控制严格按照本岗位SOP操作按本岗位要求佩戴PPE并对他人进行监督对本岗位问题整改情况进行跟踪控制本岗位的各项浪费（原材料、辅料、料片、水电）交接班对物料、设备、工具进行检查

三、现场管理

负责岗位现场5S和VCS参与本岗位TPM活动四、设备管理负责本岗位日常设备维护对本岗位发现异常及时汇报五、改进对本岗位异常点完成改善提案

Qualifications

认识英文字母、经过公司岗位作业培训深刻理解并践行公司核心价值观，能保守公司技术秘密
