Strictly following up specification to operate machine

Complete all the production or management instruction given by supervisor on time

及时完成上级主管的针对生产及管理的要求

Actively improve the production efficiency and reduce the scrap

积极改进生产效率，降低报废

Implement the self-inspection for the products and the facilities, and record in time

对产品及设备进行及时自检并做好记录

Fill in all required production tables correctly & in time

及时填写所需的生产报表

Implement 6S action according to 6S regulations to create safe, clean & ordinary workspace.

根据6S要求执行6S规范，营造安全，清洁，有序的工作环境

Report the production process timely to keep smooth transmission of information

及时汇报生产过程，确保信息顺利传递

Attach importance to the production safety, and comply with the company regulations

遵守公司规章制度，遵循安全生产

Other responsibilities assigned by Shift leader.

Required skills and qualifications

Education / Experience 教育/经验 Technical high school or above, major in cable, mechanical or electric

职校或以上学历，线缆，机电类专业

Min 2 years’ experience in manufacturing company, cable industry is preferred

至少两年制造业行业经验，线缆行业优先

Good at problem solving

良好的问题解决能力

High quality and safety sense.

良好的质量及安全意识
