Position Description1.严格按照生产指令保质保量按时完成日常生产中钎焊工作。
2.可以独立承担各种常规产品的钎焊操作。
3.严格按照公司的质量标准和工艺要求进行焊接操作。
4.具有质量意识，做好自检互检，并对本人生产工序的质量负责。
5.维护生产场地整洁有序，完成包干区域的6S工作，负责本工序产生废弃物的分类放置。
6.负责填写各种原始记录，没有遗漏或错误。
Key Responsibilities1.服从管理、听从指挥，遵守公司着装要求及行为规范。
2.工作效率、质量达到公司考核要求。
3.保养好所使用的作业工序设备和器具，做好设备日常点检，严格遵守安全操作规程，确保安全生产。
4.本着节约的原则，合理的利用气体，严禁“无人枪”和“无人灯”的现象。
5.完成领导其他临时交办任务。
Required Education & Qualifications1.具备良好的视力与听力。
2.具备良好的学习能力，掌握钎焊操作知识，具备一定的钎焊操作技能。
3.持有《特种作业人员操作证》。
4.具备必要的识图知识，从事焊接工作半年以上。
5.具有较强的组织纪律性和工作主动性，严格要求自己，乐观积极，具备团队合作精神与集体荣誉感。
6.具备良好的沟通技能。
7. 中专以上学历。
