A local manufacturing facility in the Ireton, IA area is searching for an experienced Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will perform routine tasks related to production including quality control, ingredient and product processing, manufacturing and loadout, receiving and storage, and equipment maintenance and housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

Daily operation of equipment to process and manufacture products. Operate all feed manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure quality assurance is met regarding ingredient receiving, load-out, and bagging. Record and document all product manufactured during shift. Mix and prepare product efficiently assuring accuracy and high quality. Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Must have basic computer knowledge. Must have good communication, verbal, written, and math skills. Ability to work together as a team, and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers Ability to work in dusty environments, adverse weather conditions and temperatures. Ability to lift a minimum of 55lbs from floor to working height as job requires.
