Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.Strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to guarantee the integrity of our products.Perform routine inspections and maintenance to determine equipment functionality and address any issues promptly.Collaborate with team members to successfully implement production plans and meet departmental goals.Accurately document production data and maintain detailed records for quality control purposes.Assist in the training of new employees to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent experience; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.Proven ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.
