Job Description:

Properly handshakes line status from previous shift.Responsible for the quality of products and preventing any quality issues in the line. Should always aim for zero lot rejection. Perform MSC/5S activities as required. Participate in CIT projects and suggestions program.Delivers the required output on his/her assigned area/station, making sure that the parameters required for utilization/capacity are achieved. Should be certified across two to three platform/area.Escalates/reports any problems encountered in the line to the Supervisor or lead Operator (in the absence of Supervisor) on duty.Responsible to ensure good set-up and isolation on stations with minor problems like set-up or machine related issues in reference to required OCAP.Responsible that all machine downtime, lot history, splitting and merging transactions (as applicable) of lots are being carried out real time including logging on MES/R8 for traceability.Responsible to inform immediate supervisor if not able to report for work.Role model line discipline, proper housekeeping, and safety practice for all manufacturing team members.Strictly follows company rules and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Graduate of High School and/or Vocational course.Minimum 2 years of experience as Assembly Production Operator.With passport valid within the next 12months.Experience in handling various equipment used in assembly of QFN package.Can operate any of the following assembly equipment - Backgrind, Wafer Saw, DA, WB, molding, plating, marking, and packing.Skilled with common workplace software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) is a plus.
