Job Description:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  

 The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   

o   6S activities pre and post-shift 

o   Understand and Follow the operations specifications and SOPs within his / her function area. 

o   Properly handshake line status to incoming shifts. 

o   Responsible for the quality of products and preventing any quality issues in the line. Should always aim for zero lot rejection 

o   Responsible for handling assigned machines/areas and always ensures certification badge is always updated. 

o   Delivers the required output on his/her assigned area/station, making sure that the parameters required for utilization/capacity are achieved 

o   Escalates /reports any problems encountered in the line to the Supervisor or lead Operator (in the absence of the Supervisor) on duty. 

o   Responsible for ensuring good set-up and isolation on stations with minor problems like set-up or machine-related issues in reference to required OCAP 

o   Responsible for handling assigned machines. 

o   Responsible for all machine downtime, lot history, splitting, and merging transactions ( as applicable) of lots being carried out in real-time. 

o   Responsible for informing immediate supervisor if not able to report for work. 

o   Participate in suggestions programs of the company. 

o   Strictly follows Company Rules and Regulations. 

o Initiates highlighting of any issues that could affect the safety and/or output during his/her shift 

Requirements/Qualifications:

College level or Senior High School GraduateWith knowledge in Die Prep Operation / Die attached Process
