**Job Description:** TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. has open positions in the Processing department for **Operator I** . The Processing department assignment will include but will not be limited to the requirement listed below. All Operators must meet the minimum requirements for the Operator position and will be required to perform all duties as required. Department assignments are subsets of the Operator position and do not supersede the Operator requirements. All employees are required to work within all facets of the Operator Position and will not be limited by a specific department assignment. Department Task Overview: + Equipment Operation with Authorization + (Pacer, Motorized Pallet Jack, Reach) + Order Fulfillment – Use of Powered Industrial Equipment may be required + Full Pallet Picking and Replenishment + Retrieval from RAFT and Bulk Storage locations + Pick to Pallet Picking – Manual palletizing of freight + Autostore Detrashing + Autostore Picking + Autostore Packing + Full Case Pick to Belt + Putwall Induction and Packing + Manual movement of freight, tools and supplies + Other Duties As assigned Responsibilities: + Able to continuously lift up to 50-pound cases (greater than 50 pounds required Team Lift). + Operate lifts equipment following Distribution Center Safety Guidelines + Follow all Inbound SOPs to ensure process adherence and Inventory accuracy + Maintain a clean, safe work environment. + Comply with all company policies. + Must possess physical dexterity sufficient to accomplish required tasks. + Use of simple math skills. Work from lists, orders, or instructions. Use a weight scale. + Must operate equipment safely and wear specified PPE as deemed necessary for the safety of operator, coworkers, and facility. + Must possess a cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management. + Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed. + Adhere to the company's quality policy to provide customer satisfaction through high-quality products, delivered on time at a cost that represents value. + Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions. + Other duties as required. Physical Demands: + Standing/Walking for long periods of time. + Repetitive motion. + Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers. + Frequent lifting up to 50lbs – team lifts over 50lbs. + Able to work in various temperature conditions.
