The Bean Dumping Associate/Yard Jockey, under the direction of the Production Supervisor, is responsible for all functions and record keeping involved in receiving beans through their processing into Nibs.
Key responsibilities include:
Verify bean shipments and complete all appropriate documentation via SAP/MES Moving trailers to correct locations, including the ramp, via the Jockey Truck. Control automated and manual unloading process of beans from truck. Responsible for cleaning for all trailers/waste, inside and outside. Operate equipment start up and adjustments on the line Responsible to keep the line/area and equipment clean, reporting any issues immediately. Operator II backup Perform the S/N and N/S analysis Must promote a safe working environment Committed to providing a safe food product Works within all regulatory requirements Perform all other related duties as requested by management Follow all GMP and Safety rules
About you:
High school diploma or GED equivalent Valid driver license Computer literacy/knowledge/experience with PLC and SAP a plus Ability to multitask and work independently Previous experience with a Jockey is a plus Team player with good communication skills Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted Must be able to climb ladders and move freely around the building
