The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality. + Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes. + Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery as needed to maintain optimal performance. + Follow production schedules and instructions to meet daily production targets. + Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. + Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced and any issues encountered. + Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for improvement in production processes. + Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. + Assist in training new employees on production processes and equipment operation. + Be a member of a Natural HPT and actively engage during the team’s TIB Meetings + High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus. + Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. + Familiarity with operating machinery and production equipment. + Basic understanding of quality control processes and procedures. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations.
