What you'll be doing
Perform manufacturing operations and operate equipment/machine by following standard operating procedures while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).Operate multidisciplinary activities, including 80% of the stations at the packaging lines and 50% of the clerical tasks.Perform set-up, clean-up, and operation of manufacturing equipment such as filling, labeling, and packaging processes.Follow all safety rules regarding equipment/machine operation and accurate guarding, maintaining a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company standards.Ensure equipment operates efficiently to minimize defects or non-conformity events and perform product/process inspections to ensure product conformity to established requirements.Operate the filling station efficiently to ensure each lot delivers the anticipated yield.Maintain dedication to the environmental policy and actively participate in environmental programs to achieve established objectives and goals.Align with environmental regulations related to the handling of hazardous materials applicable to the area.Assist in training new production operators on manufacturing area procedures by providing on-the-job training (OJT) and support for equipment and process validations.Verify and make available materials to maintain continuous process flow. Assist lead operator in revising packaging modules to ensure document correctness and completeness.Complete documents (filling, labeling, packaging modules, protocols, reworks, etc.) related to manufacturing accurately and correctly per regulatory requirements.Comprehend the metrics and process goals in the area. Take action to analyze the root cause and implement corrective measures when needed. Aid in controlling processes to minimize scrap and rework for materials.What you'll bring
