​Der Operator I, stellt Produkte gemäß vorgeschriebener Verfahrensanweisungen her, mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Kostenbewusstsein, Produktivität und Umweltschutz.

Hauptaufgaben:

Herstellung von Molykote Produkten (Produktionsvorbereitung, Rohstoffanlieferung, Maschineneinrichtung, Produktion, Abpackung) gemäß vorgegebener Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Arbeitseinweisung und MaschinenbedienvorschriftenTägliche Reinigung und Mülltrennung sowie die Sicherstellung der AbfallmengenmeldungVerantwortung für Ordnung und Sauberkeit an seinem ArbeitsplatzVerantwortung für genaue Meldungen bzw. Buchungen in SAP/ADC seiner Materialbewegungen (Entnahme/Verbrauch/Rücklieferung)Verantwortung der richtigen Handhabung und Bearbeitung der Produktionsdokumente (Eintragung geforderter Informationen)Kontrolle der Rohstoffe vor Einsatz auf Richtigkeit und einwandfreien ZustandInformationweitergabe bei Schichtübergabe, bzw. zu anderen verantwortlichen Stellen (Werkstatt, Qualitätskontrolle, etc.)Sicherstellung der richtigen Handhabung von GefahrstoffenMitarbeit bei der Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von AnlagemDurchführung notwendiger Wartungs-, Kontroll- und InstandhaltungsarbeitenKennenlernen und Bedienen aller Prozesse und Anlagen in den dem Produktionsteam zugewiesenen BereichenTeilnahme an Technik-, Prozess-, Analyseschulungen, sowie Sicherheitstraining und MitarbeitermeetingsTeilnahme an Unterweisungen zu Erster-Hilfe und Brandschutzhelfer
