$22.00 / hr + $2.00 shift differential
$1000 sign-on bonus paid out in two lump sums
What you will do:
Operate all mixing and grinding equipment including manually adding bags of powdered ingredients up to 55lbs. per ADM Animal Nutrition specified feed formulations and run rates. This includes but is not limited to the operation of computers, delivery equipment, scales, forklift, electric pallet jack, dollies, conveyance and material handling equipment, turn heads and flop valves, and production paperwork. Good housekeeping is to be maintained at all times.Lift 55 pound bags from the floor to a height of 36”, ability to withstand heights, climbing ladders, and ride the caged man lift.Perform quality checks, visual bin checks, bin measurements, magnet checks, production paperwork documentation, safety inspections, LOTO, standard work sheets, etc.Spend long periods of time standing in one place and/or walking. Climbing of ladders and stairs is required.Attention to detail is key, following a production schedule, verifying lot numbers, batch numbers, ingredient numbers, adhering to batch ticket requirements, and more are all required throughout the day.Wearing an N95 mask, respirator, or other filtration device will be required at times for certain tasks.Using stairs/ladders throughout the dayWalking outside at heights using metal catwalks, ladders, and roofs. Applicants who have a fear of heights should not apply.This job is very physically demanding and also requires a high attention to detail.
What Hours Would I be Working?
2:30pm to 11:00pm Monday-Friday
Saturday work is required at times.
Overtime before or after the shift is required at times.
ADM requires the successful completion of applicable pre-employment medical/respirator questionnaire and a background check.
