Our client in Manheim, PA is seeking a Trantorque Machine Operator to join their team! **Job Title: Trantorque Machine Operator** **Location: Manheim, PA** **Pay: $20.47/hr + 11.2% shift differential** **Schedule: :Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6a-6p** **Temp to hire!** **Job description and requirements:** • Identify safety violations or potential hazards to manager or safety team member. • Attend safety training. • Maintain a clean and organized workplace using the “6S” system (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain, & safety). • Perform visual inspection to meet product quality requirements. • Operate a CNC Machine Cell with minimal assistance. Measure parts, make offset wear adjustments, and change worn tools (in a timely manner). • Perform Vibratory and assembly operations with minimal assistance as required to meet customer needs on time. • Embrace change in the work environment to maintain internal and external customer satisfaction. • Adjust schedule to fluctuate work priorities as needed. • Strive for continuous improvement of the Company’s processes. • Strive to perform standardized “best practices”. • Strive to maintain a positive work environment. • Promote Fenner Precision Polymers Values and Behaviors at all times.
