Key Responsibilities

As an Operator II, Manufacturing, Expediting - 2nd Shift, you will:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient performance and strict adherence to safety protocols.Follow detailed production schedules and work orders to meet ambitious production targets.Collaborate with team members to identify and successfully implement process improvements.Maintain accurate records of production data, ensuring all documentation is completed thoroughly and accurately.Aid in the development of new operators and encourage the adoption of standard processes to nurture a cooperative and inclusive work environment.Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements to maintain world-class manufacturing standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional technical training or certification is a plus.Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in operating machinery.Production experience in a CGMP or Lean manufacturing environment.Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to strictly adhere to procedures.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.Willingness to work the 2nd shift and flexibility to work overtime as needed.Ability to lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
