Position Objective:

As an Operator II in Manufacturing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the flawless production of cell culture media, serum, and reagents. Essential Functions:

Proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources to ensure smooth operations.Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships with a high degree of integrity.Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and oral, along with proficient PC skills.Work independently and take initiative when necessary to achieve goals.Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail and perform under pressure to meet strict deadlines.Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.Hold a valid license to operate Reach and counterbalance forklifts.Operate and conduct basic safety checks on mechanical equipment such as Reach, Counterbalance, and various other powered vehicles.Adhere strictly to Health and Safety guidelines, performing all duties safely and efficiently while maintaining housekeeping standards.Be flexible to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Education:

Relevant inventory management experience required .

Experience:

Have at least 3 years of experience in a high efficiency manufacturing environment. Show a passion for the industry and a drive to continuously improve, fully engaging in team initiatives to enhance processes.

Working Conditions:

Work within a manufacturing environment and be able to lift up to 25kg. Be prepared to stand for long periods while performing duties and work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials. Be flexible to work in various temperature conditions, including room temperature, 2-8°C cold rooms, and -15 to -20°C environments. Availability for overtime and flexible shift patterns is required.
